Hanna chats to a host of players at Alexandra Palace (14:16) including Willie O'Connor, Florian Hempel, Michael Smith, Ryan Meikle, Cameron Menzies, Josh Rock, Luke Woodhouse, Damon Heta, Jim Williams and Ricky Evans.

Vladyslav Omelchenko (37:52), the first Ukranian to play in the World Championship, reflects on making history at Ally Pally and what the future holds for darts in Ukraine.

Three-time world champion and Sky Sports pundit and commentator John Part (1:05:59) also stops by to look back on the action at Ally Pally so far, the upcoming 20-year anniversary of his 2003 world title win at the Circus Tavern, and looks at his own playing plans for 2023.

Guest host Matthew Kiernan is back with a special episode from the PDC World Championship at Alexandra Palace!

The Darting Nerd was backstage for the afternoon session of Day 7 of the tournament and chats to Sky Sports commentator Dan Dawson, Sky Sports interviewer Michael Bridge, along with Tungsten Tales' Josh Green, Darts News' Samuel Gill and James Fenton, of Pundit Arena.

Luke Humphries (12:29) calls in and discusses his breakthrough season, winning four titles on the European Tour, as well as his deep runs in the last three majors to reach a career high ranking of number five in the world, becoming a dad during a busy end to 2022, and his hopes for Ally Pally.

Steve Beaton (44:23) stops by and discusses his upcoming record consecutive 32nd appearance in a World Championship, and looks back at his last two seasons, playing the opening night at Ally Pally in 2020 with a limited crowd, last year's tussle with Fallon Sherrock in the first round, and his aims heading into another year on tour in 2023.

Ben Robb (1:06:16) joins us and discusses his career in darts so far, how he got into the game by chance and then playing on the World Series stage just three years later, qualifying for his first two PDC World Championships, his impressive haul of titles in 2022, winning the DPNZ Qualifier to book another appearance at Ally Pally, and opening the tournament against Mickey Mansell on Thursday night.

Co-hosts Alex Moss and Burton DeWitt are back with a new episode ahead of the Grand Slam of Darts.

First, Luke Woodhouse (15:59) calls in ahead of making his debut in the Grand Slam this weekend. Luke looks back at his last few years on the PDC tour, including his World Championship debut in 2019, as well as the infamous nine darter in his kitchen during the PDC Home Tour, and winning through Sunday's qualifier to book a first appearance in the Grand Slam.

Next, reigning PDC World Cup champion Simon Whitlock (39:37) makes his Weekly Dartscast debut. The former major winner joins us to reflect on his long career in the game, including his World Championship debut at the Circus Tavern almost 20 years ago, winning Australia's first PDC World Cup alongside Damon Heta this summer, and looks ahead to his return to the Grand Slam this weekend.

Then, Challenge Tour Order of Merit winner Scott Williams (59:55) stops by to look back on the last few months, adding a record fourth Challenge Tour title on his way to finishing top of the Order of Merit, and qualifying for a first appearance in the Grand Slam. The 2022 Development Tour concludes with the last four events of the season this weekend, with a spot in the Grand Slam of Darts, two spots in the PDC World Championship, and a pair of PDC tour cards up for grabs, and the PDC World Youth Championship will also be played down to the final this Sunday.

Paul looks back on his last 12 months, playing in both the PDC and World Seniors Championships, returning to Lakeside, and outlines his hopes to qualify again for Ally Pally this year.

Alex and Burton continue the show with a look back at last weekend's Challenge Tour action, focusing on title wins for Robert Owen, Christian Kist, Jurjen van der Velde and Wesley Plaisier, before looking ahead to this weekend's European Tour event in Belgium and pick out which players are most in need of a run.
